The first step in any change journey is recognizing that there is a need to change in the first place. This can often be a difficult initial step to overcome because a lot of organizations believe ‘why change – I like the way things are’.
In this course we are not arguing that everything needs to change, but want you to consider and hopefully recognize that change is a permanent feature of the organization and that there is always a need to seek out innovative ways to lead change when it is required.
